I honestly think he should of stayed with Deadpool. He seemed better suited for that lighter comedic role.

That says nothing about his acting ability. I seriously doubt the Dark Knight is going to be quaking in it's batsuit over this movie, and that was despite Batman sounding like he had throat cancer.

Do like they kept the Green Lantern Corps though. I had a bad feeling they try to remove it.

Wow... I read these comments before watching the video and thought "they're over-reacting. I bet it looks just fine." I was wrong.

Geh. Don't know what it is with Marvel/DC and humanoid aliens. I think it's just a lack of imagination.

As for this... I don't know. It seems like "Irresponsible guy in a job that requires responsibility gets the ultimate responsibility" has been done before... And "Irresponsible" doesn't seem like the sort of character flaw Hal Jordan has.

And let's take comfort in the fact that, although the movie can't possibly get as awesome as the result of this picture, it can't possibly get any worse.

Easier to draw and animate. Lazyniess really, especially when your on a weekly schedule like a comic.

Agreed. Hal was always pretty just and responsible, until he got infected by the giant space bug and murdered everyone.

Oh so true, and that would of made into a much more interesting move where Hal Murders all the Green lanterns goes mad with power and only Kyle Raynor can stop him, while trying to reconcile with the surviving Lanterns and the shaken public.

The scene's where he's flying toward the screen looks funny

I really hope they don't do what they do with some superhero movies and just have him punching his way out of problems.

The ring gives him to ability to create anything he can think of as a weapon, like swords, hammers, hands, energy beams, shields etc. Hell I've seen him create a port culliace with one.

Well, I think it at least looks "visually good". But it's probably not going to be the next Dark Knight, If you know what I mean.
