Those Witnesses are back!

I got asked at worked yesterday by this older women, "Do you read the bible?"
I said, "No, but I attend church"
She said, "Ok well here, these are some things that...blah blah blah" (I stopped paying attention after I read the title of the first book "Kingdom of God: Jehovah's Witnesses")
I said, "Oh, umm...I'm Catholic..." And handed them back.
She said with a sickly smile, "Oh, ok, you should still read your bible."
And I smiled sweetly back thinking, "OH MY GOD...WHAT THE FUCK!?"

Watch out...they're back on the prowl!

The best way to deal with Jehova's Witnesses is with fire.

Me: "I'm Muslim" close door.

lol when I was at Lejuene every sunday there were be guys outside the chowhall trying to get people to go to church.

Early on I would just say 'not interested' the moment they looked at me, and later on a few of us would just say Semper Satanicus

one time i was alone and a hole group of 'them' were comeing twords my house...the following quote made them walk fastly down my road...

"Mama, there back agin, git the shotgun!"

Strangely enough, I don't think I've ever encountered one myself before. I mean they've never come up to me personaly and start preaching. But if they did, I'd probably just say, "Not interested" and walk away.

One time though, me and some friends we walking at one of the street fairs that go on here, and a guy was preaching God and Churcg etc etc. He shouted to everybody "Who here wants God in their life?" I run up too him and say "I do!". I was wearing a shirt that had this on it along with the words preaching to the perverted.

He mean mugged me. We all laughed, even the other people around us, well...some did.

This was a while ago, I still have that shirt...

Well, this is the second encounter I've had with them. First time directly. But the very first time was when I came home and I found a flyer in my door...They freaking came out to where I live and stuck a damn book in my door!

I picked it up, scoffed, and took scissors to it~ That was the most fun I had cutting something up into tiny pieces

I'll remember my Dad's counter to them til the day I die.

*Jehovah's Witnesses drive up and ask us if the ____ family lives here. I mean, come on. We're out raking leaves in shabby pants and old sweaters. Who do they think we are, gardeners for hire?*

*Dad walks up to the car, gets a good look inside, and looks the driver directly in the eye.*

"Going house to house, selling God, huh? Just like Girl Scout cookies?"

He just stared at the driver until she put the car into gear and drove away.
