And hopefully maeve's parents have one as well, so she can get a lift if she needs to.

As far as I know, Civ and Maeve live far enough away where it wouldn't be practical for him to drive her around everywhere.

So, how are you getting around now without your car? You looking to buy a new one yet?
I'm not getting a new one. If you guys remember that little Escort that blew a gasket last summer? Well, my mom found a guy to fix it cheap. So my mom is going to "give" that to me. She will put me as a driver and put full coverage on it. So I just pay insurance and whatever upkeep is needed. It's a '91...older than me! So it's going to take work. It already needs the right side mirror repaired >.<

Not yet. She got charged with driving without a license and failure to remain control of the vehicle. From what I heard, the people that own the car are suing her for "stealing" it apparently. They also don't want any of this to go on the insurance so I think suing her is a way to get away from that. My mom and I are not going to let that happen.

Yah.... I definitely can't drive her around everywhere. It'd be impossible for me to get anything done in my life while driving her to and from school and work pretty much every day (especially since she usually works till 11pm and has to be at school by 7am >.<)
I somehow doubt he will want to make any sort of post under those guidelines, but there's no reason to say he can't.
As an amendment to Rot's post, I honestly don't mind if NT posts. However, it has to be regarding the topic and cannot be offensive.

Damn man, while this whole situation was going on, an old friend of mine passed away in a really REALLY bad accident.

What kind of math/science classes are you taking?
Kinda feels weird to volunteer, but I'm somewhat good with tutoring...
Anyhow, there's been a lot of fatal wrecks around here as well. Kinda sad how this stuff goes on under our radar, and we only notice it when a member of our community or family gets hurt.

Such is the way of the world really. I mean, a bunch of awful things happen everyday, but we pay it no mind until it affects us in some way, shape or form.
Anyway, I can't really say much without repeating what everyone else has said, but I hope that everything works out and glad you're still alive.

No science this year. After getting a D in Chem last year, I said, "I've had it!" Besides, my school doesn't require a 4th science class to the class of 2011. They are changing the curriculum for the 2012 class however that they HAVE to take a 4th science class.
I'm in pre-calc for math. I've got Civ tutoring me right now. I'm doing better...but not by much :/
My grades are suffering either way and I'm bringing them back up.
No more word about the other girl. I'm just getting really stressed out again :/

There's only so much tutoring I can do when you can't tell me what you're learning >.<
