Just saw the episode.
I liked it, there are a few mistakes, but they're minor and it pretty much follows the book.

He needs to write another book instead of drawing more people into an endless story

dear god this is funny.
But yeah, this is probably the most faithful adaptation of a book series that I've ever seen.
Then again, I guess it should be since Mr. Martin actually worked on it.

the only glaring difference you'll notice is the change in Catelyn's character. Other than that its mostly the same.
