and passive tracking isn't the issue here nocbl, its the fact the information is stored.

To my knowledge, GPS service (and, in turn, tracking) doesn't work without accepting at least one terms of service.

just like ending net neutrality. just because its not 'wrong' now, doesn't mean it won't become 'wrong' soon if they get away with it.
