It's coming.
Trailer was just shown today at E3.
Will update as trailers surface and more info bellows in.

Expected to arrive 2012.
Game will be part of the new trilogy. Meaning a Halo 4, 5, and 6.

Looks like Blink is doing the CGI again, joy. Microsoft must really be proud of Halo Wars to have made that mistake twice.

the trailer was a colossal disappointment from a technical standpoint. that animation was awful
the fact that this is happening ENTIRELY undermines the ending of halo 3

Yeah, it's not like we have to play the same game or anything, oh wait, I guess we do if the One company that makes Halo games, make One Halo game, and you are given the decision between choosing the one game and choosing not to get it, and letting it be destroyed by a low-brow fanbase that's OK with anything.
See, I would think to each his own too, if I wasn't given the option between choosing a game that's slowly being dragged down by it's pesky fanboys, and not getting it at all. Heck, I would love to make my own version where the guns aren't changed to look like Reach, or at least for Bungie to make it not different from their previous chops for no reason.. But, I actually want it to be good though, I'm so sorry.
That's why I'm praying It'll be released on PC so the modding community can fix it.
