PopCap bought by EA

Cost EA $750 million. Hopefully this won't go the way of Bullfrog or Westwood. (both made great games and were destroyed by EA after being bought)

It's a move by EA to get into mobile and Iphone games, which Popcap have had for a long time.

Could really make them a lot more money, but they could ruin what made Popcap successful in the process. We'll have to see.

meh... the only game of theirs I care for is Plants vs Zombies... and it's just a fun mini-game like Angry Birds. I'm not too worried.
