hell, did he steal? or bump into an old lady? doesn't the story seem to be all kinds of fucked up in that it can't keep itself straight?

1.) They were kicking him, repetitively. Not at all hard, but the were still kicking him.
2.) Where did it say anywhere that that kid was caught stealing? I heard that from this thread.

Edit: Ah, here's where it mentions stealing:

Next time when Chinese, Africans or what ever steal in western countries, we should crush their hand too.

Still never says the kid was stealing, as you might note.

and about the "in the kids position"....if you're a serial killer sentenced to death, and you going to be completely okay with that?

punishments aren't meant to be something someone is 'okay' with.
