The cutscene looks too good to be from Final Fantasy though...

Does anyone know that characters name, by chance?

On second thought, I do not recall that scene from the movie, and I pretty much have it imprinted in my mind. It sure as hell looks like it's from the movie, with it's similar animation, sword effects, and I coulda sworn that was Cloud.

I'm still pretty fucking sure that's final fantasy, but it might be from a newer game or a movie I haven't heard of.

Yeah, I was pretty positive it wasn't Advent Children, then I saw the youtube video.

I was almost gonna say The Spirits Within, but thats much too old to look that good.
