Saved a Life Today...

So, my neighbor was changing his drive shaft on his truck an hour ago. The only problem, he forgot to chalk his tires. So when he disconnected the shaft the truck started to rolls backwards...onto my neighbor. He got caught up in the tires and was dragged down his driveway.

Lucky enough, Two of my neighbors and myself heard him yelling out for help. It took the combined effort of the three of us to lift the pick up truck, so my neighbor could crawl out from under it. Thank Lord Pheonix the three of us were there to hear him, or he'd have more injuries than some gashes and bad road burn.

So yeah, I saved a life today.

Thats bad ass, that guy must be pretty happy it didn't turn out worse! You can also mark that off your bucket list ;)

His soul now belongs to you. That is one more soul for our Lord, since yours belongs to Him already.

Jesus, that's scary. Good thing you were there to help him. I can't imagine what it'd be like being in that guy's situation.




edit: Whoever changed my post seems to forget that I'm an Diesel Mechanic.....I've spent more time under 20 ton, $200k Trucks than you could imagine.

He was in shock. So we told him to sit down. He got checked out afterwards but I dont know the verdict on that.
