If you're invested in this stupid story and want to see the build up to the potential finale, go ahead. Like I said, it's pretty much a filler movie for whatever the 6th movie is (And if it's anything like the how it's numbered game equivalent is doing, it's going to be a glorious train wreck).

He also beat some bloggers up for calling his movies bad, because obviously beating someone up means that they were wrong.

Uwe Boll always lost money on his movies though, and could only make them because of german tax loopholes where his investors would make money even if the movie failed.
The Resident Evil movies actually make money, unlike anything Uwe has ever done.

They must have really cheap production costs or a lot more people like these movies than I thought. Every time I've ever gone to see one, the cinema has always been virtually empty.

I know people part of that Demographic and the last movies they all went to see was the Avengers and DKR.

Try Younger, like 13-16 who are like "OMFG ACTION MOVIE!"

Also the first two Resident evil movies were alright.

I liked the first one.

Second one was alright.

Sharp decline after that.

I'll watch it, but i'll wait till it's on tv or something. Won't pay money for it.

Only the First film was pretty good.

It's been a long descent into shit ever since.

My friends and I watch it ironically to make fun of it.

The above is pretty true, though I wonder what translating the movie into Hindu does for the story.

All this talk makes me wonder how well it does in the former Soviet Block. Given Jovovich is originally from there, I wonder how many people in that area are rooting for one of their own.
