Re: Stormrise
EndWar sucked, I've played it. The game was far too vehicle based and just wasn't an all around good game. It was made by the director of RTW and M2:TW, so I would classify it as a Creative Assembly experiment. Last time they had an experiment with a revolutionary type of game, they got the total war series. The first in the series was shogun, which sucked about as much as EndWar for many of the same reasons. A couple games later they took this and perfected it.
Stormrise looks to be the second game in the EndWar experiment. it looks already like they are refining and improving the concept, and hopefully by the third we will get another RTW. If that made any sense, it would mean that this is definitly going to be a game I am looking forward to.

This is why I hate opinions.
Personally, I liked EndWar.
I was in the beta too.
The only problem I had with it, was that it wasn't very beginner friendly due to the lack of a campaign for the beta.
