I recently mentioned my favorite movie, the best movie, in another thread. It got me thinking... what are you guys' favorites? I shall list my own:

Movie: Gladiator! "my name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the armies of the north, General of the Felix Regions. Loyal servant to the true Emperor, Marcus Aurelias. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife... and I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next."

Game: Split between many games. Half-Life 2 Episode 2

TV Show: Currently.. dexter. Historically... Full Metal Alchemist

Developer: Valve

Author: Michael Crichton. I shall miss his works
